Here are the February 2019 Minutes from the most recent JRAC board meeting. Note that we elected a new president, Emily Rose, a Carthage painter and active volunteer with artCentral. Laura Lowry-Greene, who operates Maple Uncommon Guest House and Gallery, host of an annual JRAC exhibit, was elected vice president. I was re-elected secretary and Daria Claiborne will continue to handle treasurer’s duties.
