Dr. Keren Lowenstein Dr. Keren Lowenstein (Dr. Klo) is a primarily self-taught, award-winning artist specializing in pen and ink designs. Dr. KLo’s work focuses on contrasting black and white pen and ink illustrations with intricate technological designs to investigate themes of retro-futuristic contraptions and modern-day functional and natural items. Dr. KLo has displayed her work locally, in Kansas City, and on social media. Dr. KLo has taken adult education art classes locally and at The Kansas City Art Institute.
