JRAC exhibit will have and exhibit, Heart and Soul, at artCentral, is Feb. 7-March 15. The opening reception scheduled for 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, Feb. 7. The drop-off date for artwork is set for 2 to 5 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 2, at artCentral. Artists are to have information on their work submitted by Thursday, Jan. 23, by email.
